Ah, I forgot about the FP's ;)
I don't have any exact numbers, but "a few" FP each week get stuck in
the quarantine. I don't recall when a "normal" mail got stuck last
though. It's always some kind of badly run newsletter or other
autogenerated mail.
False negatives is about the same. Perhaps a little bit more. I scan the
'clean and delivered'-folder sometimes and usually find less than
10/week FN. Spread that on 4000 user accounts.
