I was not sure the old Makefile would still work, since there might be a
new feature or two, so I copied it line by line. It turned out to be the
same Makefile.
A few versions ago, I believe I stopped setting UID and GID, and now that
I started setting them again, I can't get Exim to work if I compile it
(Linux libc5) with GID 0.
