I just created spec.pdf/filter.pdf for 4.86 and 4.86+fixes, thus it
seems do work. (And filed a bug to get the current link updated.)

I've put the current PDFs as

    Official current version:

    http://www.exim.org/exim-pdf-4.86/doc/filter.pdf


But I'm not allowed to link the exim-pdf-current to that location.
