No. There is no copyright assignment. My current work is copyright to
my employer, distributed as part of Exim under Exim's GPL license. My
employer has signed off on this (and the -maintainers list was
notified). Since most of my work is patches to existing files, there
has been no major update.

I've wondered about the cam.ac.uk ownership claim but decided it wasn't
important enough to me to make an issue out of it, since it's all
released as GPL anyway and I have no interest in helping someone else
re-licence the work.
