As documented in Chapter 13, that's not necessary (any more; I'm pretty
sure that the port syntax on local_interfaces is a recent addition).

Hey, Bill^H^H^H^HIan... :) The quasi-standard port for tls_on_connect is
465. 587 is the standard for submission via regular SMTP.
