Then, you need to learn to not obfuscate your problem statements. Otherwise
you waste people's time addressing the wrong problem.

FWIW, although you may be able to squeeze everything into one config, we
find it useful to separate out our configurations for Message Submission
(authenticated on ports 25, 465 and 587) and Message Transport (port 25
only).

The reason is that the MTA requires more frequent reconfiguration for spam
filtering, whereas the MSA requires more stability because MUAs (and users)
are less tolerant of temporary unavailability of servers due to my cock-ups
when configuring the MTA.
