SpamAssassin is a HUGE memory hog. You absolutely must ensure that your
machine is not swapping any of the memory it is actively using, otherwise
you will have severe performance problems. With only 64MB you can probably
only manage two or perhaps three concurrent SpamAssassin processes, along
with everything else. You will also need to check the concurrency settings
of the AV scanners and Exim. You can't fit a name server on the same
machine, which will hurt you.

I guess you have a cheap virtual colo box. Perhaps you should get a more
expensive one with a much larger memory partition.
