OK, permission given. I won't release the PgSQL one at
the moment because it's complicated and bloated, and I think that
efforts are probably best directed to the new system just announced.
The SNMP grabber is here:

The current way of updating what it gets is via editing the script. I
need to change that...
There is also a Cacti XML exported thingy, that should help when
creating hosts in that.
Hope it is useful for someone; let me know if you have any suggestions
or improvements.
