Report them to http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/ under the "DSN ( <> )"
section for a start. So they know you aren't the only person that
considers their server misconfigured.

Then tell them to read the red text on this page:
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19980116-DD02.htm
If they are running IMail (which the vast majority are).
