I wonder if we can automate this. Would it be possible to make a script
to check that all options understood by Exim are also present in the
documentation?

If we're feeling really cruel, we could even make it check during
compile time, and if an option isn't present in the documentation then
mark it invalid in the binary and refuse to recognise it in the config
file ;)
