Or get a free shell account at one of the freenets and use an ssh tunnel
to send your mail.
Or find a friend who will give you a smarthost with auth + tls through
his machine.

I'll say that using easynet.nl dynablock leads to blocking far far far
more virus / direct to mx spam than it leads to blocking mail from
people trying to run their own smtp.
