Hi Philip
Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter for me and I have to
say I am very impressed and moved that a person of your status would
personally reply to questions posted on this mailing list and to reply in a
manner not condescending to those that have not had as much exposure in the
field. This only consolidates our discussion to us Open Source code on our
servers and Exim as our mail server. All the power to you.

Thank You

Well, that seems clear enough. The destination is unreachable. Exim can
do no more.

At least one of those IP addresses is reachable from here at this time:
$ telnet 209.209.45.154 25
Trying 209.209.45.154...
Connected to 209.209.45.154.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 two.oddpost.com ESMTP
Try that now from your site. If you can't connect, you have a networking
problem. Get your networking experts on to it. If you have none, you'll
have to learn some network debugging fast... Here is my opportunity to
recommend a book written by the person who is publishing my new Exim 4
book (it's at last at the printers, guys).
Practical TCP/IP
Designing, Using, and Troubleshooting TCP/IP Networks on Linux and Windows
by Niall Mansfield
Published by Addison Wesley 2003
ISBN 0 201 75078 3
I haven't finished reading this 850-page tome yet, but so far I have
found it very readable, and a mine of useful information. If you don't know
much about TCP/IP networking, this is where to start learning.
