eximstats Version 1.16

As far as the log-file entries, I'm not exactly sure how to search them. I
currently have 3 logfiles, mainlog, mainlog.01, and mainlog.02.gz. None of
them are 11493 lines long. My guess is that eximstats is combining them
all, oldest first. So, combining them with cat and then searching for the
relevant lines using cat -n | grep -A1 -B1 7699 (for instance) yields:
