I'm sure I've sent my fetchmailrc to this list before. Did you read
the archives ?

poll pop.server proto IMAP port portnum
no dns no envelope
user "username" pass "password" is "username" here
mda "/usr/sbin/sendmail -oem -f %F %T"
smtpaddress local.hostname;
no rewrite
ssl

Works just fine for me.
