rfc1413_query_timeout = 1s
might be more useful, since it still leave a little time for a query to
succeed, while still not waiting a long time if its not answering..
On a similar vein, perhaps RBL lookups, and reverse DNS lookups, should
also have a 'timeout' setting (if they dont already - I dont have a
specfile in front of me to look right now)..
