We had this problem too - one of my colleagues wrote a perl script as a
(ahem...) 'drop-in' replacement for sendmail which munges the output from the
Calendar Server and translates it into a slightly more legible format for Exim
to process.

Luckily, it only actually plays with the output from NSCal - anything else is
just passed straight through. Please mail me off-list and I'll see about
getting you a copy.
