Perhaps someone with a contact at O'Reilly could simply send them a copy
of the current documentation file. If they where interested they probably
could find a co-author to polish it and make it into an book, splitting
the royalties with Phillip....

Another approach would be to raise $1 million US and form Exim, Inc.
to compete with Sendmail, Inc (Eric Allmans recent startup that just
raised $1.25 million US to develop, sell and support sendmail).
