We have, at present, the hack enabled on a test system. I noticed on Friday
that relaying seemed to be occuring when the % was used, but haven't looked
at it further.

I'm not sure how many of our users use the hack and think we will disable it
to see who screams...
(If they are using it I'd like to know why).
