That's quite clearly illegal. It lexes to

    atom quoted-string atom "@" atom "." atom "." atom "." atom

but the grammar does not permit an atom to be adjacent to a quoted-string
within an address.

If anybody thinks it's legal, let them show how to lex and parse it.
