I could put

percent_hack_domains=*

into the default configuration, possibly commented out, but it will
bring it to the admin's attention. I don't want to change the code,
because I don't like the idea of Exim behaving differently for

You haven't heard about the latest attacks then? A program called
"upyours" was distributed (on some magazine, I gather); it connects to
an innocent SMTP port and pours 1000s of relay messages through it. For
nearly a week it crippled some systems in Cape Town that were running
Exim until they got the anti-relay code running and could lock out the
senders.
