This seems a low risk change, so I don't mind landing it, but I would prefer a
different check. The sljit compiler is used by other projects as well, and
their build systems may not define the HAVE_SECURE_GETENV macro, and this
change would force them to use the normal getenv. It would be better to check
NetBSD somehow.
