The simple answer really is no it wont help because Exim is "only" a
MTA. It transfers email from A to B. It is not the thing you use to
access your mailbox - that is the job of Exchange's CAS or Courier IMAPD
or whatever.

You might send email out through Exim and your inbound email might come
in via Exim but it would not be the thing that your client connects to
for its mailbox stores.

I would recommend looking into an automatic archiving solution at the
mailbox level.
