A (blacklisted) dynamic IP-address in a Received header line is normal.
Most honest users worldwide are in this situation.
IP-address of your server is searched in blacklists,
not IP-addresses from every Received line in the header.
Please give an example of full unredacted header and the
error message your user got while trying to send that message.
