If a specific domain using postfix reports a 4xx for something which you (not
"you", Stefan, but "you", the affected MTA operator) believe should be a 5xx
then you should be reporting that to the operators of the MTA which is
reporting it.

It's likely to be a configuration issue rather than a bug in the MTA itself.
