I do something like :-

spamassassin:
no_verify
condition = ${if eq {$h_X-DSPAM-Result:}{Innocent}{yes}{no}}
driver = manualroute
transport = remote_smtp
route_data = SPAMAS_SERVER
no_more

Just a conditional on a manualroute router.
