The first answer you received from Peter was exactly that. And this is probably
the most simple answer one can get.

I think they just told you that because you weren't able to understand the
trivial answer Peter gave you.
So you probably need to either post your full config so people can tell you
where to add the ACLs you were given, either read the doc to find yourself where
to put them.
