Phil, I would be interested to see your Exim config/SpamAsassin rules
for dealing with these cases if you are willing to share them

Good news - hopefully that will force the hands of the "legitimate"
server admins, especially if just one or two more of the "big boys"
follow suit - then we can all play ;-)
