There are netblocks stuck in SORBS DUL that have been certified as
"not dynamic" by the netblock owners, but Matthew refuses to allow
their removal because they also have what he considers to be a too
low TTL.

This is extremely difficult to explain to a customer when their
legitimate mail gets blocked, doubly so when I personally cannot see
a strong correlation between low TTL on DNS PTR and spamming.
Therefore even though I would prefer not to accept mail directly
from end user IPs, I could not use SORBS DUHL for this purpose.

I still use it to trigger greylisting, and as a weighting in
SpamAssassin.
