I apologize for being so newbie-ish. All I've ever known was postfix. Do
you mean post the config files under /etc/exim4/conf.d/acl:
00_exim4-config_header 30_exim4-config_check_rcpt
20_exim4-config_whitelist_local_deny 40_exim4-config_check_data
