Wouldn't that show in the exim logs?
If a) the bandwidth is being used for e-mail, and b) exim isn't using
the bandwidth, then I'd say some program other than exim is doing
e-mail. Is it port 25 traffic? Inbound or outbound? Maybe a cgi script
is responsible.
