Null pointer dereference. Can you turn the instruction
pointer address into a line number, or even a function (I
suspect you have a non-debug build). The addr2line utility
should do that. Alternatively make sure (using ulimit and
the core file pattern in the kernel's sysctls) that exim
can actually dump core if it crashes, wait for it to do
so, and then the core dump.

Out of interest, how much load is your server
experiencing?
