[exim] Problem after installing MailScanner

Hello,

I have cPanel with exim 4.52

I removed ClamAV and Spamassassin from Cpanel

I installed MailScanner, SpamAssassin, ClamAV, razor, nail, etc

I configured MailScanner using the official documentation from MailScanner.info.

The first 2 days everything worked like charm.

But now, and it is odd that absolutely no changes were made, the mail
is not delivered, nore sent. When I revert everything to the initial
state and install everything from the begining I receive the same
error. If MailScanner is stopped and exim is running with -bd -q60m it
works.
