No, I don't think you can get the list whitelisted. However, you may be
able to get the cam.ac.uk smtp server IP address(es) whitelisted. I've done
this for the Sussex University servers after we got blacklisted by them
(for complaints from people who asked us to forward all their email to AOL
addresses!)

The conditions are somewhat onerous, but we've found that compliance with
the spirit gets us by. Actually, Mailman gives you the tools to comply
completely, but it might look silly to add a footnote to every exim-users
message about the frequency of messages from exim-users!
