I assume you mean some localparts @yourdomain.com go to Exchange and
other localparts don't - if you need to send a whole domain's mail
there it's trivial....
Some more ways (assuming the localparts going to Exchange are the ones
which exist as mailboxes on Exchange)
LDAP lookup into the Active Directory (easily done in a router)
SMTP recipient callout to the Exchange server (not so simple because
you can't do a callout in a router - would have to do it in an ACL and
'remember' the result for later routing)
These have the benefit of requiring no admin intervention on the Exim
side when the list changes.
