When searching for help here, don't obfuscate. Show "real" IP
addresses and domain names.

Yes, it's a three-step procedure:
Change the local_interfaces statement, run update-exim4.conf and let
the system write the changes to the monolithic exim configuration file
and make exim accept the changes by restarting it.
