As explained already, there won't be any non-encrypted authentication
attempts to reject.
However, if a client does not authenticate, and then attempts to
relay, you should be generating an SMTP error, probably in your RCPT
ACL, along the lines of "relay not allowed without authentication".
You could add some wording about TLS being required for
authentication to this rejection.
