It thought that there's a way to add a header in an accept, but it seems
not. Anyway, you can use this:

warn
message = X-Accepted: something
set acl_m0 = ok
accept
condition = ${if def:acl_mo}

or:

accept
cond1
...
set acl_m0 = the reason why

...

your_router:
...
headers_add = X-Accepted: ${if def:acl_m0 {$acl_m0}{unknown}}
