Greylisting is not configured by default, either by Exim or by Debian's
exim4-config. So if you don't know what greylisting is, it's probably
not configured on your box, and therefore not the source of your problem.

If you show us the logs of some of these failing messages, and any
non-standard configs you've applied, we might be able to help.
