DBmail also has it's own MTA that can be used to deliver messages into
the SQL database for you, I do not remember if it supports LMTP also,
but it does support SMTP, so just deliver the message to the DBmail
SMTP engine.

Other ways are possible I am certia, but this would be the easiest way
to do things, that way DBmail is the only thing that is messing with
the mail in the database.
