Ah, OK. So do you provide an 'exim-devel' package containing the headers
which a localscan function will need? I think I'm happier building it
all from the same SRPM.

You do. Just as you used to need to rebuild Exim to include your own
localscan function. :)

I won't be enabling SPF in the Fedora RPM -- and if it were enabled by
default I'd be turning it off for the RPM. We have a responsibility to
our users to make it hard for them to do utterly stupid things.
If there are _sane_ things could reasonably be included and aren't, mail
me or file RFE bugs for them specifically.
