Name: exim
Version: %{eximversion}
Requires: exim-mta

%package mysql
Summary: Main exim MTA program, compiled with basic libraries + perl +
mysql
Group: System Environment/Daemons
Provides: exim-mta

You need to install exim and exim-mysql _together_, i.e.
rpm -Uvh exim-4.41-0_24.fc2.i386.rpm exim-mysql-4.41-0_24.fc2.i386.rpm

Alternatively you can should be able to use yum.
