Well i solved _my_ problems.

The problem with the initial conf file you can find in the begining of
the thread, is that no authenticator section is defined.
I had to add it manually.
When following what is said in the first link, i had the ACL error.
the second link gave me the idea to add 'begin authenticators' at the
begining of the section .
Now it works.
