Indeed, and rightly so.

The fix is to use your ISP's smarthost under the terms of your contract with
them, as has been already discussed, or if you can't do that, rent yourself
a virtual server somewhere for a few tens of $CURRENCY a month, run Exim
there on the MSA port (with authentication or very strict IP restriction),
and smarthost all your outgoing mail through it.

Before you select the hosting provider, make sure you'll be able to control
the reverse DNS for the server's IP so that your mail will pass all the
tests associated with that.
