However, what you _do_ find in the doc (spec.txt) is a mention of the
update interval of the document itself. Basically, this document is
updated only for .1 increments (4.00, 4.10, 4.20, 4.30...)
New stuff between 4.30 and 4.33 are in NewStuff[.gz].
