You can do this. I use this occasionally as it's useful. Usage is
covered in "38.12 ACL conditions" of Phil's Fine Manual:

You can use the same condition (obviously with different
parameters) more than once in the same ACL statement. This
provides a way of specifying an "and" conjunction.
