Use cbl.abuseat.org or xbl.spamhaus.org (or sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org to
include SBL lookups as well).

There is no consistently reliable way to verify the HELO that works
with all the forms of mail clustering and multihoming currently in use.
This is one reason why rejecting mail based on mere failure to verify
the HELO is _forbidden_ by those same Internet standards you cite.

(Besides, a lot of the zombie-sent spam would have got past your check
in any event.)
