This is not an Exchange problem, but a problem with the full MS Outlook
client form the Office Suite. MS Outlook, not Exchange is what sends and
creats TNEF attachments. Most mail servers don't mangle them, but some do,
however, to open and read a TNEF attachment, you either need a client that
can understand them (Sophos AV does for example) or you need to use the
Outlook client, Outlook Express does not even understand them.
I have always wondered why MS even botherd with them :P
