I use it mostly to see what is in the queue waiting to be sent. Then I take a
look at the body, and remove a set of mail items if I can see a large set in
there.

I've used the add recipient, and mark received a few times, but not too often.

It would be nice to see a summary of "exiwhat" in there. How many exim(s) are
running, etc. It would be really nice if the bottom queue view didn't
refresh so often down to the bottom. I clean out queues from time to time,
and have to race back to the screen before is refreshes all the way down to
the bottom.

Maybe keystrokes (control or alt or something) to do funtions like remove from
queue, give up, etc.

That's about it. I like the program overall, but it could use a visit from
one of the Learning Channel redecoration shows :-)
