Don't use images, because some spammers like to refer to images on
innocent servers. Use anchor, form and area references. Indeed you will
be able to recognise quite some spam, an exception being "Nigeria" spam.
Note that complaints about spam will also contains those URLs, but
many spam scanners fail on spam that it forwarded e.g. to abuse desks.
