Installed Nigel's RH9 4.30 RPMs from ftp.exim.org, but found that
exim-saexim-4.30 caused all mail to be rejected with these messages
being logged:

local_scan() library open failed - message temporarily rejected

P=esmtp temporarily rejected by local_scan(): Local configuration error
- local_scan() library failure\n/usr/libexec/exim/sa-exim.so: undefined
symbol: log_write
